Trying to be eco-friendly I wrapped some of my gifts in Newspaper.
The first came out so cute. The paper fell in just the perfect way to put Santa right on the front!!
The Next one needed a little help. I just took a piece of t-shirt material left over from making a Loop-Tee-Do, wrapped it around and tied a quick knot.
For the 2 smaller gifts I wanted to use a colorful bow. I found this great Tutorial using recycled magazines online at How About Orange and they came out GREAT!
I am very happy with the way they came out. I actually did them a couple of days ago. I have been waiting to take pictures for this post but the rain and clouds won't go away. So I went ahead and took the pictures in my dark house and they turned out fine.

What have I been doing
Sorry I haven't been posting.
I have been adding to my shop and to my shop's facebook page. I have also been selling at 2 craft fairs. I discovered that I can work and get some holiday shopping done at the same time.
Even scored some gifts for the husband at a silent auction for half price!
Speaking of Holiday shopping, I hit the mall for the first time this week and discovered that it doesn't open until 10!!!! WTH! Puts a damper on doing my shopping while bear is in School (9-11). Good thing his gifts are almost done. Now I just have to remember not to buy any "from Santa" gifts while he's with me. hmmmm

New Craft Fair Displays
I used to sell bow holders and baby items. I found an old picture of my display for craft fairs.
When I switch over to EnvirO MentaL I kept the Grid Wall displays.
I am glad to say good bye to them this year!!!!
I am still not 100% in love with my new displays but I do like it much better
Would love to here what y'all think?

Craft Fair Madness
Been sooooooooooooooooo busy this week. Had a craft fair in Merrimack on Saturday. On Sunday I Co-Hosted a Green Sprinkle (eco-friendly baby shower for a 3rd baby).
This week I am prepping for another Craft Fair. This one I am helping run/organize.
I am posting flyers around town. Last week I painted and posted yard signs and a large banner sign in the area. Yesterday I noticed most of my yard signs are gone. This is disappointing since I have neither the time or money to make new ones before tomorrow!!! AArrrrgghhhhh
Right now I am tie-dying shirts to make more Loop-Tee-Do's for tomorrows fair.
I will post pictures this weekend of my new booth set up. I like it better then those large cumbersome heavy red metal grid walls I've used the last 2 years.
Wish me luck. Oh yeah if you are in the Nashua Area I'll be at:
The Holiday Craft Fair
Holiday Inn (by exit 4)
9am-2pm
Sponsored by the GNMC (Greater Nashua Mothers Club)

Fall Wreath
My Bug has had a fever all weekend and we've been trapped in the house. Needing to get out and not spread our germs we took a nature walk. There is a big field by our house with a trail that runs to the river. The boys collected pinecones and the most amazing red, yellow, orange leaves.
We got home, broke out the hot glue gun and got to work.

Been Busy this week tie-dying and making Loop-Tee-Dos
I have posted some to my shop
I really love these. They are sooo fun to make. The tie dying is addicting!
I feel so creative and accomplished every time I make one.

What a DAY!
I knew this past Saturday would be busy but I had NO idea just how busy.
I volunteered to watch my friends 2 kids (4yr old girl, 1yr old boy) while her and her husband attend a funeral. Their girl and my 2 boys have classes at the YMCA on Saturday so it was perfect.
C (my husband) and I gathered all 4 kids into the mini-van and left at 905am. We where on time and in tune. With little communication we managed to take Bug to ballet while watching 3 kids on an indoor playground. Then take the little girl to swimming while he watched the other 3. Then grabbed bear for his swim class. C watch bug and the 1 yr old until the swimming was done. Then we saw some other friends and there kids and headed to the big playground outside.
While C and I where bringing up the rear with Bug and my friends 2, Bear fell. He landed on his face then his not so little friend landed on Bear's head! Bloody lip and nose. So sad. C cleaned him up while we all played then went home.
On the way home C went to visit his folks while I was feeding the 4 kids and then getting the baby down for a nap. The plan was for him to come back and watch the other 3 while I took Bear to the pediatrician. That didn't work!
Nonno's blood sugar dropped to 38!!! If you don't know it's supposed to be above 100 so 38 is a BIG deal. After feeding him lots of OJ and sugar they got it back up (thank God) and C came home.
Luckily for us my friend and her husband got to my house in time to watch the 3 kids while I brought Bear to the Doctor. Possible broken nose, no x-rays and hamburger for a top lip. We need to watch him for the next couple of days to see if any clear liquids come out of his nose or uncontrollable nose bleeds (joy). So far so good.
Oh and the clear liquid would be the membrane between his nasal cavity and his BRAIN!
We are all home and are friend's and their kids leave when the phone rings. Nonno is unresponsive and she is calling 911. I fly over while C and the boys nap (long day)
Long story short he is ok for now and was admitted to the hospital. Around 830pm Nana and I arrive home with pizza and to help tuck in the boys. I bring her home and have a glass of wine with C.....

Confusion sets in
My DH and I recently purchased a Nikon D60 D-SLR camera. He is much better at taking pictures than I am (so far). He has taken some great shots in the last week and put them on his computer. Where on his computer you say? I have NO Fn clue! So I can't post any pics that he has taken in the last week. This usually wouldn't be that annoying except we went to StoryLand last weekend and saw an old friend this weekend. I would love to post pictures of these events here and on my FB Page for my family and friends to see them but alas I can not.
So I got the camera out this morning and took some pics of a couple of crafty things I made to send off to my little cousins in the new Freshman dorms. While I was doing this my 3 year old asked that I take his picture and I took like 3 adorable pictures of him. Well I took like 20 but I am still figuring out this camera so only 3 are good. Now I can't figure out how to get them off this thing. ARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!
So confused, I think I need to take a class or something.........

Blog conversion
I have been thinking about this blog a lot lately. It's been a really long time since my last post and that wasn't even about weight loss or getting in shape. So, I have come to a conclusion. .... Drum roll please...............
From now on this will NOT be a blog about trying to loose weight.
What will it be about you ask?? Well, I thought about making it a blog about crafting, since I do a lot of it and even opened a shop on Etsy.
Then I thought about writing about the pro/cons of being a SaHM (stay at home mom). That just sounded too boring. I debated about continuing, or rather starting, to work on eating better and exercising. Then I remembered that I don't do either of those things often enough.
After Flip-flopping I have decided that since no one reads this it can be about whatever I feel like. So this blog will now be about ME!!!!!!!
Everything, the kids, the house, the crafting, the family, the friends, the food, the workouts, the lack of workouts, the fun and the not so fun too!! Hey I even took some time and used a template to make the blog a little more interesting to look at. I am pretty close to computer illiterate so that's kind of a big deal for me.
My ass is still fat.
I have a craft addiction.
I have 2 Beautiful pre-school aged boys
and I'm ready ..........

Regular Catholic
Wow not only am I a terrible blogger and dieter but I am also a terrific Catholic. This is the time of the year for me that I realize I haven't been to mass since Christmas or maybe even last Easter. My Dad used to call them CAPES (Catholics that only attend on Christmas-Ash Weds.-Palm Sunday- Easter Sunday) . Which I suppose now applies to me. So now I feel as though everyone is looking at me during mass and knows that I haven't attended since the last major holiday. Which is usually true. Which I guess is why the guilt is there. (Is it just me or am I saying which a lot??) So, now I find myself going church w/ the boys the Sunday after a major Holiday to help alleviate the guilt. Does that make me a Belated CAPE or just a regular Catholic??
