Wow I stink at updating this thing. So much for updating on Fridays.
I guess since I know no one is reading it there is no pressure to keep up with it?

Its too damn hot to exercise at a gym w/no a/c, well at least that was my excuse the last 2 weeks but I gotta go by Tues. When I give my self a day I usually come close to going by at least the day after.

Somehow though I have managed to get off a couple of pounds.
Weight 170. But my son's 2nd birthday party was yesterday so I have plenty of left over cake and ice cream to put those 3 lbs right back on..... hmmmm, better not.

Let us see how long it takes me to update again....and/or workout again??

Hiding

Ok, so I have been hiding from this blog for one reason I am fat.

I have not been writing down what I have been eating. It wasn't changing the way I ate just made me wish I had an eating disorder and could vomit it all back out.

I have been making headway in the gym department.
I have gone an average of 3X's a week for the last 4 weeks. For me this is a BIG deal. I hate to perspire. For any reason, especially for no reason. Yet somehow I find myself in the sauna after my 30 minutes of elliptical and some crunches. I LOVE IT! I feel the muscles stop twitching and the yuck ooze out of my pores. I know I know it sounds gross but it is fantastic!

So new rules for this girl (lets see how long these last)
Blog here once a week with how much exercise I have done and what my weight is...
So I'll be back with this weeks update on Friday...
