Full?????

ok, Totally went to the Gym on Monday and had an asthma attack on the elliptical ... totally out of shape. Went again today and did 25 mins(wootwoot)

I didn't feel accomplished though until I created some Loop-Tee-Dos (see www.enviromental.etsy.com ) . Made four but didn't feel Full? until I completed one that I died then bleached then cut. It felt soooooo good to be that creative and it turned out Awesome (if I do say so myself)

Tomorrow is Thurs and I will CREATE more (hahahh evil laughter) and try to list them on my site to sell.

I am planning to go to the gym agian on Fri.....lets see shall we??

Wow I stink at updating this thing. So much for updating on Fridays.
I guess since I know no one is reading it there is no pressure to keep up with it?

Its too damn hot to exercise at a gym w/no a/c, well at least that was my excuse the last 2 weeks but I gotta go by Tues. When I give my self a day I usually come close to going by at least the day after.

Somehow though I have managed to get off a couple of pounds.
Weight 170. But my son's 2nd birthday party was yesterday so I have plenty of left over cake and ice cream to put those 3 lbs right back on..... hmmmm, better not.

Let us see how long it takes me to update again....and/or workout again??

Hiding

Ok, so I have been hiding from this blog for one reason I am fat.

I have not been writing down what I have been eating. It wasn't changing the way I ate just made me wish I had an eating disorder and could vomit it all back out.

I have been making headway in the gym department.
I have gone an average of 3X's a week for the last 4 weeks. For me this is a BIG deal. I hate to perspire. For any reason, especially for no reason. Yet somehow I find myself in the sauna after my 30 minutes of elliptical and some crunches. I LOVE IT! I feel the muscles stop twitching and the yuck ooze out of my pores. I know I know it sounds gross but it is fantastic!

So new rules for this girl (lets see how long these last)
Blog here once a week with how much exercise I have done and what my weight is...
So I'll be back with this weeks update on Friday...

First Week

Alrighty then I have been avoiding this. I have managed to keep track of what I ate over the weekend. And there sure was a lot to keep track of.

Thursday
June 25th
Exercise: ok so I forgot to right down exercise, I probably didn't do any but honestly can't remember. Ooo wait I did take a nice walk w/the hubby after dinner for date night, does that count??
Break:1 piece of Zucchini Sweet Potato Bread and 1 cup of coffee (splenda/coffee mate)
Snack: 1 cup of almonds and 1/2 a diet coke
Lunch: 1/2 a Miso glazed pork chop
snack: hey I didn't (wootwoot)
Dinner: Date Night - Mexican which means 2 Margaritas, and 2 glasses of water.
also split guacamole, chicken wings, and beef taco salad

That doesn't sound fattening (except dinner). I really need to start counting calories or points or something..


Friday June 26th
Exercise: 35 minutes on the recumbent bike, 1 vitamin water and 1 Gatorade type drink.
Break: 4 home made silver dollar pancakes and 1 coffee
Snack: cupcake (hey I was at a 4 year old's birthday party, I said no to the ice cream) and a Starbucks Java Chip Frapachino Light
Lunch: 1 hotdog w/mustard and a bag of BBQ potato chips (hey still at the party)
Snack: see above
Dinner: One cheese Burger w/2 servings of Edemame salad, 1 iced tea
Snack: split a bag of microwave popcorn
I am still sticking to the birthday party story for this one...


Saturday
June 27th
Exercise: Nope
Break: 1 piece of toast w/PB and Cinnamon, 2 cups of coffee
Snack: none (feeling guilty about the birthday party indulgence)
Lunch: 1 cheese burger (yummy) and Edemame salad 1 iced tea (its crystal light does that make it better, of closer to water)
Snack: none. Still feeling the cupcake, and chips from Friday
Dinner: 2 helpings of Orzo salad w/Artichoke and Pine nuts
(wow that day sounds pretty healthy, there's protein and vitamins and no soda, not bad)
yes I like the commas


Sunday
Exercise: Does Pin Bowling w/the kids count?? OK then none
Break: Piece of toast w/PB and Cinnamon
Snack:Nope
Lunch: 2 helpings of steak tips, 1 mashed potato, and 2 helpings of Creamed Spinach (delish)
also had 4 iced teas on Sunday and a bowl of Denali Moose Tracks after dinner
Dinner: nope, still full of steak ;)

So today is Monday I have eaten breakfast and am heading off to the gym......

Day 3

Holy cow before I even write this I am embarrassed about what I ate yesterday. Maybe seeing it in print will help me realize that I am actually lucky that I don't weigh 300+ lbs!

Weds.' intake (oinkoinoink)
June 24

Exercise: NONE
Break: 2 pieces of Sweet Potato Zucchini Bread, 1 cup of coffee (w/1tsp Splenda and Fat free coffee mate)
Snack:2 Vanilla wafers (stolen from a one yr old at play group, what it's not like I was stealing candy from the baby?
Lunch: Greek Salad w/grilled chicken (sounds healthy but it was covered in dressing and feta cheese and I ate the entire thing including 1/2 of the pita bread)
Snack: NONE
Dinner: 6 Chocolate chip cookies and 2 glasses of wine?? It was craft night w/the girls. Well that's my excuse at least. maybe that's another one of my problems EXCUSES!

OK so I definitely need to eat healthier and drink more (water that is not wine ;)
It looks like we might actually see some sun today so a bike ride is in order I think?

First Entry

Ok, so here's the story. I was visiting my sister and we both decided that our normally lushes asses are now just big fat asses that match our ever growing tummies. She has a goal of losing x amount of lbs before the summer is over and has convinced me to do the same. Convincing me wasn't hard I know the booty is large. My problem is getting started and sticking w/a routine for ME. I am a SaHM (stay at home mom) and easily adhere to my kids schedules and healthy eating habits but suck at taking care of myself. So Starting yesterday I am keeping a food diary and trying to get to the gym at least 3xs a week. So for this week I am not changing my eating habits just writing them down to help me see what a pig I truly am. Here goes (my ass I hope):

Monday's intake
June 22
Weight:173lbs

Exercise:none (unless you count walking my lazy butt from the car to the mall indoor playground where I proceeded to WATCH my kids play
Break:Thomas' Everything Bagel w/butter (of course), 3 slices of bacon and 1 poach egg
Snack:Dunkin's Coffee Co0lata (oink oink)
Lunch:Mall food (YIKES) Cajun chicken, string beans, egg roll and something resembling pork
Snack: 1/2 cup of pistachio nuts
Dinner: 1/2 a miso/garlic pork chop w/arugula and orange peppers (that sounds healthy?)


Tuesday's intake
June 23

Exercise: Recombinant Bike 28 mins/5 Miles (damn why didn't I stay on the extra 2 minutes)
Break:Thomas' Everything Bagel w/butter (of course), 3 slices of bacon and 1 poach egg
Snack: Starbucks Java Chip Frapachino light?
Lunch: Gourmet Playgroup day ;) Rice/veggy bowl (2 servings) and homemade Chocolate pudding w/homemade whipped cream (ok YUMMY)
Snack: See above (no wonder the ass is so darn BIG)
Dinner: 1 serving of Tortellini, w/spinach and pine nuts

Should I be keeping track of what I am drinking, Me thinks yes. Ok start that one tomorrow so I don't have to count the wine I am currently drinking.

Wish me luck, God knows I need it......
